2000         pilot project "school of commercial & art photography, scap" (3 years training) starts in
  cooperation with ntta and molhr, bhutan; initiator: charles erik huber
2003 27 students graduate with the diploma
2005 workshop in digital photography and digital workflow
2006 scap - bhutan and scapmedia center
  scap works under the ministry of labour & human resources molhr/dhr/strd
  batch II starts with 10 full time students (2,5 years training)
2008 10 students graduate with the diploma
  scap goes private under bhutanese lead with the new name bim-bhutan institute of
  media with the two departments: bim-institute and bim-productions
  charles erik huber steps down as the head and continues his work as course advisor
2009 bim-bhutan undergoes a complete assessment by eriksson&associates, zuerich,
  and monitoring for the future intellectual setup of the institute
2010 batch III starts with 10 full time students for 2,5 years with extended currriculum
2011 evaluation of the institute (2,5 years training) by rolf wespe, maz, lucerne
  re-organization of bim-productions
  implementation of short term workshops
  bim-bhutan shift to a new location
